Minnesota district judge asked to order guardian ad litem submit to psychological evaluation

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a Motion to the 9th Minnesota District Court today requesting the Judge presiding over HOLMSETH VS. CALLAHAN order Matthew Petrovich, guardian ad litem; submit to a court-ordered psychological examination.

Petrovich’s improper conduct and bad behavior has become increasingly bizarre.

On March 30, 2014, a significant event occurred regarding Holmseth’s child. Petrovich, the child’s court appointed Guardian ad Litem, did not interview the child as required by Minnesota statute. Rather, five minutes after being notified Holmseth was filing a court motion, Petrovich abruptly announced he was taking a two week vacation and would be unavailable.

Today, Petrovich notified Holmseth he still has not interviewed the child.

Documents recently submitted to the Court show the event was significant and possibly connected to a CPS investigation of Rhonda Callahan.

“Prima Facie evidence, in the form of written emails authored by Mr. Petrovich himself, suggests that he is either lying about facts and circumstances regarding HOLMSETH VS. CALLAHAN, or is forming complex delusions regarding events, Parties, and the minor child,” Holmseth said in an Affidavit.

Holmseth has repeatedly expressed his concern about Petrovich to Suzanne Alliegro, administrator, Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Program.

Holmseth says it is very difficult to represent your child’s best interest when an officer of the court is running around acting like an escaped mental patient.
